There were six of us total and we got to pray about our campus, our government, church leaders, and the world. We prayed for our president, the persecuted church, believers on our campus and around the world, and for Jesus to be known by many. We praised God for his Faithfulness, for our salvation, for His character. I love spending intimate time with the Lord along with so many students.
Every time we have a prayer night God shows me something cool. And this time is no surprise. He actually reminded me of a few things that have been weighing on my heart heavily for a while now and encouraged me in them. I'm still processing so I don't want to share yet but I think God is going to do really cool things through it!
Dang, prayer is really awesome!
"Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are--yet he did not sin. Let us then approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." - Hebrews 4:14-16
