The USMC Anatomy Composition Program
The Marine Corps PCP has two capital components – The Physical Fettle Test and the Anatomy Composition Program. The Marine Corps’ weight and anatomy fat standards are bloom and achievement based, and not based on appearance. Marines are advised not aural these standards back their anatomy weight and anatomy fat beat the best limits. Like the Marine Corps PFT the weigh-in is conducted on a semi-annual base (annually for Reserves). And like the PFT it is conducted in green-on-green T-shirt and shorts, and socks.
How it Works
Your weight is compared to the Marine Corps weight allowance chart. If you accommodated the accepted weight allowance for your height, no added activity will be required. You will be abstinent for body-fat alone if you beat the acceptable weight on the chart. If you beat the body-fat allowance, again you will be enrolled in the Anatomy Composition Affairs – aforetime accepted as the “Weight Control Program.” If you are over the weight on the chart, but accommodated the body-fat standards, you are advised to be aural the appropriate standards, and no added activity will be taken.
The Anatomy Fat Standards for Marines are not to beat 18 percent for males and not to beat 26 percent for females.
Note: If you abort to lose the appropriate weight/body fat while enrolled in the Anatomy Composition
